The NHS Leadership Academy is playing a key role in supporting the aspiration to introduce or improve talent management practices across the NHS in England.
We know a lot about what best practice talent management looks like, how to support organisations and staff through change and what approaches will best fit the culture of our sector.
But we need to know more about how talent management is understood by all staff - inclusive of all roles, grades and professions - and how it’s experienced, observed and felt.
This will help us shape our offer, build the understanding of others and help create the conditions for good talent management to thrive.
As part of this work to understand and listen to your views, NHS North West Leadership Academy is hosting a twitter chat focused on the following key questions:
- What does talent management mean to you?
- What has been your experience of talent management in your workplace?
- Why is inclusive talent management important to health and social care outcomes?
- How do you want talent management to work in the future?
This is your opportunity to talk about talent management as a community – to debate, discuss and collaborate.
The twitter chat will be held on 22nd May 2018, 8pm – 9pm using the hashtag #NHSTalent and via the NHS NWLA twitter account: @nhsnwla
